True! It’s cool to be Vegetarian. Vegetarianism helps me in maintaining my body, health & charisma. I feel absolutely amazing. Vegetarian & vegan diets help the environment & improve overall health 53%. There are many other reasons for being a vegetarian such as reducing hormones & chemicals in the diet, compassion for animals, cultural beliefs, economic factors & taste etc. Going vegetarian can be good for your heart & your waistline.
