Ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra introduced his new collection of festive wear at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2016. The collection was awesome & extremely beautiful. Manish showcased his signature resham threadwork, clustered sequins & intricate hand-embroidery on dramatic trails and off-shoulder capes, alongside floral motifs. For the women, there were jacket-saris, long tunics with pants, backless gown, lehengas paired with crop blouses & draped dupattas on contemporary anarkalis worn with statement accessories. And for the men, the collection presented velvet bandhgalas, structured jacket styled with pocket-squares, paired with Jodhpur pants.

The designer added extra glamour quotient on the ramp with Bollywood actors Sushant Singh Rajput & Shraddha Kapoor. Gorgeous Shraddha wore a lehanga teamed up with an embroidered blouse, where Sushant looked dapper in a black bandhgala & white jodhpur pants. It seems they are glad to walk for Manish Malhotra.

Interestingly, this is the first Indian brand to present a Virtual Reality experience with Etihad Airways. Overall I can say, this new collection brought the classic & contemporary style together. More pictures
